Solution

Adopt a single-phase immersion liquid cooling system using 3M fluorinated fluid, in which the entire server is submerged in the coolant, eliminating the need for precision air conditioning. The system utilizes a closed external circulation loop with heat exchange for secondary heat exchange. It integrates liquid level monitoring and leak alarms, and supports coolant inlet temperatures up to 50°C.
